IT Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist at the IC-12 level to analyze systems, provide expert guidance on IT services, and manage network performance. This role requires a professional with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality service.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Analyze information systems to recommend resolutions and develop new methods.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on IT services, including SharePoint, Intranet, Power Automate, PowerApps, and Dataverse.
• Troubleshoot and monitor information system networks.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized IT experience, equivalent to the IC-11 federal level, demonstrating proficiency in:

* System analysis and solution development. * IT service guidance (SharePoint, Power Platform, Dataverse). * Information system network troubleshooting and monitoring.

• Proven IT-related experience showcasing the following core competencies:

* **Attention to Detail:** Thorough and conscientious in all tasks. * **Customer Service:** Skilled in assessing needs, providing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. * **Oral Communication:** Effective in expressing technical information to diverse audiences. * **Problem Solving:** Aptitude for identifying issues, evaluating information, and generating sound recommendations.
