IT Project Manager (Sysanalysis)

We are seeking an IT Project Manager (Systems Analysis) to lead complex projects, focusing on application security and audit practices. This role requires a professional with a strong background in project planning, execution, and team leadership.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Apply expert knowledge of Application Security and project management policies, principles, methods, and practices.
• Define project resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Lead and influence multi-disciplined project teams.
• Manage and execute auditing practices, including audit notices of finding and recommendation (NFRs), corrective action plans (CAPs), prepared by client requests (PBCs), and Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs).
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in Federal service, military, or private sector.
• Expertise in applying Application Security and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
• Strong understanding and experience with auditing practices and related documentation (NFRs, CAPs, PBCs, POAMs).
• All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
