IT Project Manager (Sysanalysis)

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager (Systems Analysis) to lead and oversee critical IT system testing projects. This role requires expertise in project management methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and execute multiple concurrent IT testing projects, managing multi-disciplined teams.
• Develop and define comprehensive IT system test plans, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Apply expert knowledge of IT system test and project management policies, principles, and practices.
• Support data analysis activities to achieve program and project management objectives within the SDLC.
• Ensure the implementation of industry-standard project management methodologies for maximum project success.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level (or comparable in the private sector).
• Proven experience in IT system test and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex IT testing initiatives.
• Experience with data analysis related to SDLC.
• Proficiency in applying standard project management frameworks.
• Experience refers to both paid and unpaid work, including volunteer experience, that builds relevant skills and competencies.
