IT Project Manager (Plcypln)

The IT Program Manager (GS-14) will lead and oversee complex information technology projects, focusing on system development and enterprise architecture. This role requires expert-level skills in planning, directing, and evaluating IT initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Plan, direct, and evaluate IT projects for Automated Information Systems.
• Conduct expert evaluations and Analysis of Alternatives (AOA) for new tools and technologies to meet business requirements.
• Implement and support Enterprise Architecture tools.
• Apply analytical theories, principles, and methods to manage large-scale deployments and system development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Coordinate efforts of government and contractor teams for the development, upgrades, and design of logistics software applications.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level (federal, military, or private sector).
• Experience must demonstrate expertise in IT concepts, project management, enterprise architecture, and large-scale system deployments.
• All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited.
