## IT Program Manager (GS-14)

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Program Manager to lead and oversee critical IT initiatives. This role requires expert-level experience in managing complex projects, deploying large-scale software, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and evaluate Automated Information Systems (AIS) projects, applying advanced IT concepts and principles.
• Conduct in-depth analytical studies utilizing mathematical and statistical methodologies.
• Manage test and evaluation processes, large-scale software deployments, and the entire system development life cycle (SDLC).
• Coordinate efforts between government personnel and contractors for IT development, technology advancements, system upgrades, design, and logistics software engineering.

### Required Experience:

• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service, military, or private sector. This experience must demonstrate the ability to perform the duties outlined above.
• Expertise in IT concepts, principles, and practices related to project management.
• Extensive experience with test and evaluation techniques, large-scale software deployments, and SDLC.
