## IT Program Manager (GS-14)
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Program Manager to lead and oversee critical IT initiatives. This role requires expert-level experience in managing complex projects, deploying large-scale software, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and evaluate Automated Information Systems (AIS) projects, applying advanced IT concepts and principles.
- Conduct in-depth analytical studies utilizing mathematical and statistical methodologies.
- Manage test and evaluation processes, large-scale software deployments, and the entire system development life cycle (SDLC).
- Coordinate efforts between government personnel and contractors for IT development, technology advancements, system upgrades, design, and logistics software engineering.
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service, military, or private sector. This experience must demonstrate the ability to perform the duties outlined above.
- Expertise in IT concepts, principles, and practices related to project management.
- Extensive experience with test and evaluation techniques, large-scale software deployments, and SDLC.
- **Attention to Detail:** Meticulous and thorough in all tasks.
- **Customer Service:** Proactively address client needs, provide support, and ensure high-quality service for all stakeholders.
- **Oral Communication:** Deliver clear, convincing presentations and effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- **Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve issues, make sound judgments, generate effective alternatives, and recommend robust solutions.
