IT Project Manager (Plcypln)

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager (GS-14 equivalent) to lead and evaluate complex IT projects and programs.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Plan, direct, and evaluate projects for Automated Information Systems.
• Apply advanced analytical theories and methods for studies and analyses.
• Manage large-scale software deployments and system development life cycles.
• Coordinate government and contractor efforts for logistics software development, upgrades, and design.
• *Required Qualifications & Competencies:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in IT program management, test/evaluation, and large-scale software deployment.
• Expertise in IT concepts, principles, and practices.
• Strong understanding of test and evaluation techniques and system development life cycles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the following core competencies:

* Attention to Detail * Customer Service * Oral Communication * Problem Solving
