IT Project Manager (Plcypln)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and support critical information technology initiatives. This role requires a strong focus on detail, customer satisfaction, and effective communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of IT work and data.
• Manage customer relationships, assess IT needs, and develop tailored solutions.
• Communicate IT system status, projects, and operations to diverse audiences, including senior management.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of specialized IT experience equivalent to the GG-13 level.
• Proven experience in IT program/project management, operations, risk management, and customer support.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in complex IT environments.
• Ability to meet all qualifications within 30 days of the announcement's closing date.
