IT Project Manager (Plcypln)

The IT Project Manager (PLCYPLN) will lead and oversee complex IT projects, applying expert project management principles from initiation through completion. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive successful technology initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Define project scope, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive IT project plans and schedules.
• Lead, influence, and mentor multi-disciplined IT project teams.
• Negotiate for project resources with various stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and effectively resolve issues.
• Communicate project status and updates clearly to all stakeholders.
• Manage project constraints including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze, review, and recommend improvements for enterprise-wide customer support processes.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience in IT program and project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying IT project management policies, methods, and practices to successfully deliver complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience equivalent to a senior-level project manager in the private sector or government.
• Note: Education cannot be substituted for the required specialized experience.
