Join our team as an IT Program Manager, where you will lead the oversight of critical IT programs, investments, and strategic initiatives. This role requires defining performance standards, evaluating IT investment opportunities, managing program budgets, and resolving complex contractual challenges.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Oversee the development, assessment, and monitoring of IT program performance standards.
• Define criteria for evaluating and prioritizing IT investment projects, focusing on risk-adjusted returns.
• Administer program budgeting requirements for system planning, upgrades, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and contracting officers to strategically address and resolve contract issues.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience at a senior level in IT program management (e.g., equivalent to GS-13 federal service or similar in private/military sectors).
• Demonstrated IT-related experience across the following core competencies:
