IT Project Manager (APPSW)

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Applications/Software) to oversee the full project lifecycle for complex IT systems. **Responsibilities:** * Recommend effective solutions for system design and problem issues, balancing performance, efficiency, and business needs. * Analyze and evaluate user requirements from multiple perspectives. * Ensure application interfaces, extensions, forms, and reports comply with IT cyber and physical security regulations. * Manage all facets of project delivery, including requirements definition, product development, system support, and implementation. * Consult with senior integrators to resolve complex project management challenges. **Requirements:** * One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11 level (or equivalent in private sector), demonstrating successful performance in similar IT project management duties. * Experience must include work in IT and/or Operational Technology (OT). * **Demonstrated Competencies:** * **Attention to Detail:** Thorough and conscientious in work performance. * **Customer Service:** Ability to assess needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction for internal/external clients. * **Oral Communication:** Effectively convey information, make clear presentations, and listen attentively. * **Problem Solving:** Identify issues, evaluate information, and generate sound solutions/recommendations. * **Note:** Education cannot be substituted for specialized experience for this position.
