IT Program Manager (Sysanalysis/Infosec)

We are seeking an experienced IT professional for a GG-15 level position focused on critical IT operations and leadership.

• *Key Responsibilities & Experience:**
• Provide guidance and oversight on IT policy and operational planning.
• Manage IT staff or manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating system environments (including servers and software).
• *Required Competencies:**
• **Attention to Detail:** Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in IT work and data, including reviewing others' contributions.
• **Customer Service:** Build and maintain customer relationships, anticipate IT needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• **Oral Communication:** Clearly brief senior management and IT staff, translating complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
• **Problem Solving:** Proactively identify and resolve complex, sensitive IT issues, evaluating alternative solutions.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience demonstrating the competencies necessary for immediate success at the GG-15 level.
• Relevant paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and military service, will be considered.
• **Note:** Education cannot be substituted for experience for this position.
