IT Program Manager (Sysanalysis)

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager (Systems Analysis) to lead the full lifecycle management of complex logistics systems. This role involves driving both technical and functional capabilities, ensuring effective information system planning, implementation, and program oversight within a federal environment.

• Lead the lifecycle management of logistics systems, developing new technical and functional capabilities.
• Plan and implement comprehensive information system requirements.
• Manage and assess program changes, aligning with organizational missions and functions.
• Enhance financial reporting by coordinating audit actions with internal and external auditors.
• Execute projects efficiently within a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment, utilizing robust project management principles.
• Effectively manage the cost, schedule, and performance of software development projects to meet stakeholder needs.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level.
• Mastery of principles, concepts, and practices for logistics systems lifecycle management.
• Expert knowledge in planning and implementing information system requirements.
• Proven leadership and management skills for driving program and organizational changes.
• Expertise in enhancing financial reporting and coordinating audit processes.
• Demonstrated experience executing projects in an Agile/Scrum environment with strong project management skills.
• Experience managing the cost, schedule, and performance of software development projects.
