IT Cybersecurity Specialist (Sysanalysis/Infosec)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of IT work and data.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, anticipating IT needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Clearly brief senior management and IT staff on system status, projects, and complex technical information.
• Identify and resolve highly complex or sensitive IT-related issues, proactively anticipating problems and evaluating solutions.
• Apply IT concepts and methodologies, including operational support models and security architecture for emerging cloud systems.
• Conduct analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of IT systems, orchestration platforms, or new cloud technologies.

Qualifications (GG-14 Equivalent):

• Minimum one year of experience demonstrating the core competencies for this role.
• Proven proficiency in Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving.
• Specific experience in applying IT concepts/methodologies (e.g., cloud system security architecture) and IT lifecycle management (analysis, design, implementation, testing, maintenance) for IT systems, orchestration platforms, or new cloud technologies.
• Experience can be paid, unpaid, volunteer work, or military service.
