IT Cybersecurity Specialist (Sysanalysis/Infosec)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Information Technology professional to support strategic IT initiatives, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of IT operations, fostering strong customer relationships, and clearly communicating complex technical information.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Review and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of IT work, data, and systems, including peer reviews.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, anticipating IT needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences, including senior management and non-technical staff.
• Proactively identify and resolve unique or complex IT problems, evaluating alternatives to generate effective solutions.
• *Required Qualifications & Experience:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience at the GG-13 federal service level (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated expertise in IT architecture, systems planning, and full lifecycle system development.
• Proven experience in implementing strategic efforts for both on-premise and off-premise cloud infrastructure operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• All qualifications must be met within 30 days of the announcement closing date.
