## IT Systems Engineer (GG-14)

Seeking a highly skilled IT professional to manage and evolve complex cloud and automation systems, providing expert technical solutions and support.

### Key Responsibilities:

• **Cloud & Technology Leadership:** Apply advanced IT concepts and methodologies, including operational support models for emerging cloud systems and state-of-the-art technologies.
• **System Lifecycle Management:** Lead analysis, design, implementation, operation, testing, evaluation, and maintenance for IT systems, orchestration platforms, and new cloud technologies.
• **Problem Resolution:** Provide solutions for complex technical issues and support multi-faceted automation integration for rapidly evolving technologies.
• **Quality Assurance:** Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of IT work and data, adhering to established standards.
• **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build and maintain customer relationships, anticipate IT needs, and develop tailored technological solutions.
• **Technical Communication:** Effectively brief senior management and IT staff, translating complex technical information for non-technical audiences.

### Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of specialized experience demonstrating the competencies necessary for immediate success in this position.
• Proven experience in applying IT concepts and methodologies, particularly with operational support models for emerging cloud systems and state-of-the-art technology.
• Demonstrated experience across the full lifecycle of IT systems, orchestration platforms, and new cloud technologies (analysis, design, implementation, operation, test, evaluation, and maintenance).
• Expertise in providing solutions to complex technical issues and supporting multi-faceted automation integration.
• Strong skills in Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving.
