IT Cybersecurity Specialist (Network/Infosec)

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and oversee critical technology projects. This role requires expertise in network operating systems, information security, and IT infrastructure.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage IT projects focused on network operating systems, information security management, and infrastructure (e.g., enterprise IT architecture, WAN, and LAN).
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all IT-related work and data.
• Provide excellent customer service by offering information and routine IT solutions.
• Clearly communicate the status of IT systems, projects, and technical information to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve routine IT-related issues by applying standard problem-solving methodologies.
• *Qualifications:**
• At least one year of specialized experience directly managing projects related to network operating systems, information security management, and IT infrastructure (e.g., enterprise IT architecture, Wide Area Network, Local Area Network).
• Demonstrated attention to detail in reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of IT work.
• Proven customer service skills in providing IT-related information and support.
• Strong oral communication abilities, including conveying basic technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Effective problem-solving skills for addressing routine IT issues.
