Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure current and future computer network performance and reliability.
• Coordinate network infrastructure administrators to implement a unified enterprise network configuration.
• Review IT work and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with established standards.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, anticipating IT needs and identifying tailored solutions.
• Brief senior management and IT staff on system status, projects, and operations, translating complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Identify and resolve complex IT-related issues, anticipating problems and evaluating alternative solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of specialized experience ensuring network performance and reliability, and coordinating network infrastructure teams.
• Demonstrated experience in attention to detail, reviewing IT work for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Proven customer service skills, including anticipating IT needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Exceptional oral communication abilities, particularly in briefing senior and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced problem-solving skills to address unique, highly complex, or sensitive IT-related issues.
