This position seeks an experienced IT professional for a Cyberspace Program Management role, focusing on critical IT operations and strategic initiatives.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Attention to Detail:** Review IT work and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with established standards.
- **Customer Service:** Maintain customer relationships, assess information technology needs, and identify tailored solutions.
- **Oral Communication:** Brief mid-level management and IT staff, effectively communicating technical information to diverse audiences.
- **Problem Solving:** Identify and implement solutions for complex IT-related issues by gathering and applying information from various sources.
- *Required Experience & Qualifications:**
- A minimum of one year of experience at a level equivalent to the next lower federal grade (GG-12).
- Qualifying experience must demonstrate competencies necessary for immediate success in Cyberspace Program Management, specifically in areas such as:
- Relevant paid, unpaid, volunteer work, or military service experience will be considered.
- **Note:** A combination of education and experience is not applicable for this position. All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the closing date of the announcement.
