IT Cybersecurity Specialist (Infosec) - Insider Risk Data Analyst

This Information Management role focuses on protecting our systems through proactive defense and incident response. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our cybersecurity team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate security incidents comprehensively, performing fact-finding, detailed analysis, risk assessment, and resolution.
• Execute system administration tasks for critical cyber defense applications and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate user activity data to identify and address potential insider risks.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of specialized experience comparable to the GS-11 level, directly related to this position. This experience must include applying security incident investigation methods and techniques, performing system administration on cyber defense applications, and evaluating and monitoring user activity for insider risk detection.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic IT competencies.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring thorough and conscientious work.
• Strong customer service skills, effectively assisting users and resolving issues.
• Excellent oral communication, capable of clear and convincing presentations.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, identifying issues and recommending effective solutions.
