• *Required Competencies & Experience:**
• **Minimum of one year of experience** directly demonstrating the competencies below.
• **Attention to Detail:** Meticulously review IT work and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with standards.
• **Customer Service:** Proactively engage with stakeholders, anticipate IT needs, and deliver tailored IT solutions.
• **Oral Communication:** Effectively brief senior management and diverse audiences (technical/non-technical) on IT systems, projects, and complex technical information.
• **Problem Solving:** Identify, analyze, and resolve highly complex or sensitive IT-related issues, generating and evaluating alternative solutions.
• Specific experience developing and implementing organizational security programs, ensuring compliance, creating security policies, and protecting information systems is essential.
