IT Cybersecurity Specialist (Custspt/Infosec)

We are seeking a skilled Information Technology professional to provide essential customer support and technical expertise, particularly in cybersecurity.

• **Attention to Detail:** Meticulously review IT work and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• **Customer Service:** Build and maintain client relationships, assess IT needs, and provide tailored solutions.

• **Problem Solving:** Analyze and resolve complex IT issues by identifying and evaluating diverse solutions.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience providing customer support, technical advice, and project reviews for IT cybersecurity principles.
• Demonstrated ability to implement, operate, and maintain customer IT systems and software.
• Experience equivalent to the GG-13 federal service grade level.
