Summary
Provide expert IT technical support, troubleshooting complex desktop issues, and developing customer service policies and procedures.
Seeking an experienced IT professional to provide essential technical support and enhance customer service operations. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication with diverse audiences.
- *Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:**
- Provide expert technical guidance, advice, and support to troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop issues for internal and external customers.
- Develop and manage customer performance requirements, support policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate strong **Attention to Detail** by reviewing IT work for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Exhibit excellent **Customer Service** by assessing IT needs and tailoring solutions for users.
- Possess strong **Oral Communication** skills, including briefing management and IT staff, and explaining technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Apply advanced **Problem Solving** skills to identify alternatives and implement effective solutions for complex IT-related issues.
- *Requirements:**
- Minimum one year of IT-related experience demonstrating the above competencies and specific qualifying experience.
- Relevant experience includes paid, unpaid, volunteer work, and military service.
