• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Review IT work and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with established standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, assess current IT needs, and identify tailored solutions.
• Brief management and IT staff on system status, projects, or daily operations, effectively communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Identify and resolve complex IT-related issues by gathering and applying information from various sources.
• Support IT projects by identifying resource requirements and ensuring customer and management buy-in.
• Provide direct IT assistance, including troubleshooting, documenting, and updating support tickets.
• *Required Skills & Experience:**
• Minimum one year of demonstrated experience in an IT role.
• Proven attention to detail in reviewing technical work and data.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on assessing needs and providing solutions.
• Excellent oral communication, including the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities for complex IT issues.
• Experience in either:

* Identifying resource requirements and ensuring project support for IT initiatives. * **or** assisting, troubleshooting, documenting, and providing direct IT support to users.
