IT Cybersecurity Specialist (Custspt/Infosec)

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide technical support to customers on hardware and software issues, adhering to organizational processes.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, assess IT needs, and identify tailored solutions.
• Brief management and IT staff on system status, projects, and daily operations.
• Identify and implement solutions for complex information technology-related issues.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of experience demonstrating the ability to provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Proven attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in IT work.
• Strong customer service skills, including assessing needs and developing solutions.
• Excellent oral communication, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address complex IT challenges.
• *Security & Eligibility:**
• Must be eligible for a DoD Top Secret security clearance with Special Compartmented Information (SCI) access, based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
• Must be approved for Presidential Support Duty (Yankee White - Category II).
• All qualifications must be met within 30 days of the announcement's closing date.
• This is an Excepted Service position.
