IT Cybersecurity Specialist (Customer Support-Information Security)

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Project Lead to spearhead infrastructure modernization and maintenance initiatives for the Coast Guard network. This role demands strong technical leadership, strategic collaboration, and effective communication skills.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead IT infrastructure project teams, developing cost estimates and design recommendations for network modernization.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and IT service providers to gather requirements, allocate resources, and prioritize projects.
• Participate in strategic IT and integrated product teams to advance organizational initiatives.
• Prepare and present technical proposals and project briefs to senior leaders, informing decision-making and securing approvals.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• **Experience:** At least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level (or private sector equivalent) in a related field. This experience must include:

* Leading IT infrastructure project teams. * Developing cost estimates and design recommendations for network modernization. * Collaborating with diverse stakeholders on project requirements and resource allocation. * Contributing to strategic IT initiatives and integrated product teams. * Preparing and presenting technical proposals to leadership.
