Job Title: IT Systems & Cybersecurity Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT professional to manage, secure, and optimize complex information technology systems. This role involves applying advanced IT and cybersecurity principles to maintain infrastructure, develop applications, ensure robust data integrity, and manage access controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently plan and execute IT system maintenance, including new equipment installations, hardware/software upgrades, and security patching.
• Apply advanced knowledge in information technology, cybersecurity, data management, information storage systems, databases, and hardware/software maintenance procedures.
• Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan the development of new applications or modification of existing ones.
• Manage user accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
• Perform complex data management tasks, including reviewing databases and optimizing data entry procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to a senior-level IT role, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex IT assignments.
• Proven ability to apply IT theories, principles, concepts, and standards effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate alternatives and make recommendations.
• Excellent oral communication skills to convey information effectively to diverse audiences.
