Summary
Seeking an experienced Investigator to lead and manage complex federal harassment and hostile work environment cases.
Job Title: Investigator (GS-13)
- *Role Overview:**
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage all stages of investigations related to harassment and hostile work environment claims.
- Develop and execute comprehensive investigation plans.
- Organize and conduct investigative activities, including interviews and evidence gathering.
- Ensure investigations are thorough, fair, and adhere to all relevant legal standards.
- *Required Qualifications & Experience:**
- **Specialized Experience:** A minimum of one year of experience equivalent to the GS-12 level (or comparable responsibility outside federal service) directly involving leading or managing harassment and hostile work environment investigations.
- **Federal Applicants (Time in Grade):** Must have served 52 weeks as a GS-12 or higher in Federal Service.
- **Core Competencies:** Demonstrated proficiency in Administrative Law, Communication, and Investigation Planning. (Competencies should be evidenced within your resume experience).
- **Quality of Experience:** Your background, recent experience, education, and training must be highly relevant to the duties of this position.
