Summary

Seeking a Criminal Investigative Analyst to apply advanced analytical techniques and collaborate with law enforcement for criminal investigations.

This role involves applying criminal investigative analysis to support ongoing criminal investigations. You will leverage advanced technological and investigative strategies, particularly for social media evidence, to gather and analyze critical information.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Plan and apply criminal investigative analysis to research, retrieve, and develop findings.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and strategies to gather and analyze evidence, focusing on social media.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and law enforcement on investigative strategies, intelligence sharing, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct interviews with witnesses, law enforcement, and subject matter experts.
  • Create audio-visual materials and compile evidence, documents, and findings.
  • Report analytical findings clearly, concisely, and accurately, both orally and in writing.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education (leading to a Ph.D. or LL.M. in a related field).
  • **or** One year of specialized experience applying criminal investigative analysis, gathering evidence (including social media), collaborating with legal/law enforcement, and reporting findings.
  • **or** A combination of qualifying education and specialized experience.
