Job Description

Summary

Seeking Digital Forensics Investigators to conduct in-depth investigations, analyze digital evidence, and report findings.

This role involves conducting digital forensics investigations and analysis within a government setting

We are hiring at two experience levels:

  • *H-Band Qualifications (Equivalent to FV-G / FG/GS-5/7/9):**
  • **Experience:** One year of specialized experience applying digital forensics to conduct investigations, create examination reports, and perform investigative analysis.
  • **Education (Alternative):** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree (or 3 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D.) directly related to the field.
  • *I-Band Qualifications (Equivalent to FV-H / FG/GS-10/11/12):**
  • **Experience:** One year of specialized experience in conducting research, interpreting, and applying digital forensic processes to identify, acquire, process, analyze, and report findings of digital evidence for investigations.
  • *General Requirements:**
  • Applicants must include examples of specialized experience in their work history.
