Job Description
Summary
Lead national security risk assessment and regulatory compliance for foreign-owned businesses, applying federal laws.
We are seeking a highly qualified professional with one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service. This critical role involves national security and regulatory oversight.
Required specialized experience includes:
- Evaluating national security risks involving foreign-owned U.S. businesses; drafting or responding to regulatory determinations on intellectual property, telecommunications, data privacy, or technology-based supply chain risks affecting U.S. interests.
- Applying national security regulatory authorities (e.g., CFIUS, Team Telecom) to conduct compliance monitoring under mitigation agreements, specifically addressing technology and data privacy risk.
- or Applying federal trade, antitrust, or securities laws and regulations by investigating potential violations and supporting related enforcement matters.
