Seeking a Property Management Specialist to oversee federal property accountability, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Join our team as a Property Management Specialist, overseeing property accountability and management within a federal environment.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and monitor property utilizing dedicated accountability systems.
- Coordinate effectively with stakeholders on all property-related matters.
- Create reports and spreadsheets using computerized databases.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum one year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-11 level) in property accountability, stakeholder coordination, and database reporting.
- **Federal Applicants:** Must have served 52 weeks as a GS-11 or higher.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Program/Project Management, Property Management, Financial and Acquisition Management Systems, and Technical Competence.
- All qualifications must be met within 30 days of the closing date.
