Seeking a highly experienced Japanese Conference Interpreter to provide crucial linguistic support for senior U.S. Government engagements.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Perform high-level simultaneous and consecutive interpretation between Japanese and English.
• Interpret for senior government officials in diverse settings, including one-on-one, bilateral, and press events.
• Apply deep understanding of contemporary Japanese politics, economy, and international relations.
• *Requirements:**
• **Experience:**

* Minimum of one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 Federal service level. * Proven expertise in conference-level simultaneous and consecutive interpretation between Japanese and English. * Prior experience interpreting for senior government officials is essential. * Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary Japanese politics, economy, and international relations.

• **Language Proficiency:**
