Seeking qualified Registered Nurses at all experience levels to provide patient-centered care and leadership.
## Registered Nurse (Multiple Levels)
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across various levels of experience and responsibility. This role offers opportunities for growth and professional development for nurses at all career stages.
### Key Responsibilities (vary by grade level):
- **Nurse I, Level I:** Delivers fundamental, knowledge-based patient care while developing technical competencies.
- **Nurse I, Level II:** Integrates biopsychosocial concepts, cognitive skills, and technically competent practice in providing care for basic or complex patients.
- **Nurse I, Level III:** Demonstrates proficiency in practice through conscious and deliberate planning, self-directed in managing complex patient situations.
- **Nurse II:** Exhibits leadership in delivering and improving holistic care through collaborative strategies with others.
- **Nurse III:** Executes responsibilities demonstrating leadership, experience, and creative approaches to managing complex patient care beyond the immediate practice setting.
- **Language Proficiency:** Proficient in basic written and spoken English.
- **Education & Accreditation:**
- **Licensure:** Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a professional nurse in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
### Experience & Grade Level Qualifications:
- **Nurse I, Level I:** Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing; no additional professional nursing experience required.
- **Nurse I, Level II:** ADN or Diploma in Nursing and 1 year of specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level I); **or** a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with no additional experience.
- **Nurse I, Level III:** ADN or Diploma in Nursing and 2 years of professional nursing experience (one year equivalent to Nurse I, Level II); **or** a BSN AND 1 year of professional nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level II); **or** a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a related field (with BSN), no additional experience.
- **Nurse II:** BSN AND 2 years of professional nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level III); **or** an MSN or a Master's degree in a related field (with BSN) and 1 year of specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse I, Level III); **or** a Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field (with BSN), no additional experience.
- **Nurse III:** MSN or a Master's degree in a related field (with BSN) and 2 years of specialized nursing experience (one year equivalent to Nurse II); **or** a Doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field (with BSN) and 1 year of specialized nursing experience (equivalent to Nurse II).
### Physical Requirements:
- Moderate lifting and carrying (15-44 lbs)
- Reaching above shoulder
- Use of fingers; both hands required
- Walking (up to 10 hours)
- Standing (up to 10 hours)
- Specific visual requirement to see computer screen
- Hearing (aid may be permitted)
- Working closely with others
- Working alone
