Interdisciplinary General Engineer Physicist Operations Research Analyst Or Computer Scientist)

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13/14 level in federal service or the private/public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead systems engineering and management for RF and antenna development efforts.
• Provide expert support for airborne and RF antenna concepts, assessing operational capabilities, and recommending strategic fleet deployment.
• Evaluate performance requirements against operational needs and mission objectives.
• Ensure compliance with government acquisition and contract policies, forecasting future requirements and system impacts.
• Formulate and direct test planning, policy, and strategy for ground and flight projects, ensuring scientific validity and efficiency.
• Apply innovative, experimental theories to resolve complex or unconventional problems.
