Interdisciplinary General Engineer, Physicist, Operations Research Analyst, Or Computer Scientist)

We are seeking a highly skilled RF and Antenna Systems Engineer to lead critical development, acquisition, and testing initiatives. This role requires an individual capable of applying advanced systems engineering principles to complex challenges.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage and support RF and antenna development efforts, utilizing comprehensive systems engineering techniques.
• Evaluate airborne RF and antenna concepts, assessing operational capabilities and limitations to recommend optimal fleet employment.
• Ensure adherence to government acquisition and contract policies, proactively forecasting system requirements and military effects.
• Formulate, direct, and implement ground and flight test planning, policy, and strategy to guarantee scientific validity and efficiency.
• Apply new developments and experimental theory to solve problems beyond conventional techniques.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13/14 federal grade level (or equivalent in the private/public sector).
• Demonstrated experience in RF and antenna systems engineering and development.
• Proficiency in government acquisition and contract policies, rules, and regulations.
• Expertise in formulating and executing ground and flight test plans and strategies.
• Proven ability to apply innovative experimental theory to complex technical problems.
