Summary
Seeking an experienced RF/Antenna Systems Engineer to lead development, acquisition, and testing for airborne systems.
We are seeking a highly skilled RF and Antenna Systems Engineer to lead critical development, acquisition, and testing initiatives. This role requires an individual capable of applying advanced systems engineering principles to complex challenges.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and support RF and antenna development efforts, utilizing comprehensive systems engineering techniques.
- Evaluate airborne RF and antenna concepts, assessing operational capabilities and limitations to recommend optimal fleet employment.
- Ensure adherence to government acquisition and contract policies, proactively forecasting system requirements and military effects.
- Formulate, direct, and implement ground and flight test planning, policy, and strategy to guarantee scientific validity and efficiency.
- Apply new developments and experimental theory to solve problems beyond conventional techniques.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13/14 federal grade level (or equivalent in the private/public sector).
- Demonstrated experience in RF and antenna systems engineering and development.
- Proficiency in government acquisition and contract policies, rules, and regulations.
- Expertise in formulating and executing ground and flight test plans and strategies.
- Proven ability to apply innovative experimental theory to complex technical problems.
