Summary

Seeking a Security Verification Lead to manage teams, ensure secure implementations, and provide expert assessments.

Join our team as a lead, overseeing critical security verification for diverse programs. You will guide a high-performing team in assessing security implementations, managing project timelines, and ensuring product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to verify security implementations across various programs.
  • Provide critical security assessments and expert feedback to inform key decisions.
  • Manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure comprehensive product verification.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and develop resources to support the verification process.
  • Identify security weaknesses, recommend improvements, and build core security knowledge within the team.
  • Leverage Systems Engineering and acquisition expertise to deliver timely, accurate recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least one year of specialized experience (equivalent to federal GS-13 or private/public sector equivalent) leading security implementation verification teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, progress, and product verification.
  • Proven ability to provide expert feedback on security effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong background in Systems Engineering and acquisition processes.
