Intelligence Specialist (Staff Management)

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Planning and Targeting Specialist to contribute to critical operational and strategic initiatives. This role involves comprehensive intelligence analysis and expert guidance within a dynamic defense environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Draft, refine, and conduct quality reviews of diverse operational and contingency plans.
• Provide essential intelligence support for organizational planning processes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret multi-source intelligence (SIGINT, GEOINT, CI, Cyber, HUMINT).
• Apply multi-source intelligence to support and inform joint targeting processes.
• Develop, validate, and integrate targeting efforts into strategic planning initiatives.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on planning-related policy and targeting doctrine.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GG/GS-13 federal level, or comparable private sector experience.
• Proven experience in intelligence research, analysis, collection, and/or operations.
• In-depth knowledge of intelligence processes, cycles, and organizational structures.
• Proficiency in analyzing, compiling, reporting, and disseminating intelligence data.
• Comprehensive understanding of all intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, GEOINT, CI, Cyber, HUMINT).
• Mastery of DoD Planning and Operational doctrine, including the targeting cycle.
• Ability to analyze intelligence for high-level decision-making and execute joint targeting operations.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and confidence for senior-level briefings and representation.
