Summary
Seeking an Intelligence Professional to manage, analyze, and integrate complex cryptologic and SIGINT operations for national security.
## Intelligence Professional (GG-13 / GS-13 Equivalent)
We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Professional to manage, analyze, and integrate complex cryptologic and signals intelligence (SIGINT) operations within the national intelligence community. This role requires advanced analytical expertise, multi-source intelligence proficiency, and strategic integration of information warfare pillars.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Manage national and tactical level Cryptologic Operations, integrating with Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), Information Operations (IO), and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR).
- Conduct comprehensive intelligence research and collection using multi-source systems to develop capabilities and threat assessments.
- Perform detailed qualitative and quantitative analyses of complex information from diverse intelligence sources, including database manipulation.
- Lead SIGINT planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination activities.
- Develop and assess collection requirements based on operational needs and emergent problems.
- Establish and maintain effective inter-service, inter-agency, and inter-departmental relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSIDs), and Intelligence Oversight policies.
- **Experience:** Extensive experience demonstrating expertise in intelligence research, collection methods, multi-source intelligence systems, and advanced analytical principles. Direct experience with cryptologic operations and SIGINT planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination. Experience within the national intelligence community, Joint, and DoD structures.

### Conditions of Employment:
- Must be eligible for and maintain Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access and special access programs.
- Requires a non-disclosure agreement and a counter-intelligence polygraph.
- Subject to initial and periodic short-notice drug testing (Testing Designated Position).
- Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
- Frequent travel within the Washington D.C. metropolitan area is required.
