Summary
Lead counterintelligence policy, assess capabilities, oversee operations, and coordinate with international partners at the GG-15 level.
We are seeking a highly experienced Counterintelligence (CI) professional at the GG-15 level to lead policy development, assess capabilities, and oversee critical operations. This role demands a proven track record in CI, with a focus on strategic coordination.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Author and develop Counterintelligence (CI) policy.
- Assess CI capability and capacity for authorized activities.
- Conduct oversight of CI activities, including Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO).
- Serve as a primary coordinator for OFCO with joint, interagency, and foreign allies/partners.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Directly applicable experience demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for immediate success in this CI-focused role.
- Proven experience in authoring CI policy, assessing CI capabilities, conducting CI oversight, and coordinating OFCO efforts.
- Experience may be from public or private sectors, or through volunteer work, provided it clearly demonstrates required competencies.
