Summary
Seeking Instructional System Specialist to develop 6-12 CTE curriculum and training, requiring specific education and experience.
Join our team as an Instructional System Specialist, focusing on Career Technical Education (CTE) for grades 6-12. This role involves designing, developing, and evaluating effective instructional programs and materials.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop standardized plans for 6-12 CTE curriculum and program standards.
- Collaborate with Instructional Systems Support staff to create professional learning programs for 6-12 CTE instructors.
- Identify training needs for CTE instructors and design comprehensive training solutions.
- Devise strategies to ensure consistent material presentation, meeting prescribed guidelines and regulations.
- *Qualifications:**
- *Education:**
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 24 semester hours in four of the following five areas: Learning Theory, Instructional Design Practices, Educational Evaluation, Instructional Product Development, or Computers in Education and Training.

- *Experience:**
- One year of specialized experience which includes developing 6-12 CTE curriculum plans, supporting instructor professional learning, identifying training needs, and ensuring consistent content delivery.
- This experience should demonstrate advanced proficiency in instructional systems support.
