
Instructional Systems Specialist (Cte/Engineering/IT)
Job Description
Summary
Lead instructional design and development for 6-12 Career Technical Education programs, supporting instructor training needs.
We are seeking an experienced Instructional System Specialist to design, develop, and implement Career Technical Education (CTE) programs for grades 6-12. This role requires expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and professional learning support for CTE instructors.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop standardized plans for implementing Career Technical Education (CTE) curriculum and program standards for grades 6-12.
- Collaborate with above-school-level Instructional Systems Support staff to create professional learning initiatives for grades 6-12 CTE instructors.
- Identify and assess the training needs of CTE instructors (grades 6-12).
- Design and implement strategies to ensure consistent delivery of instructional materials, adhering to prescribed guidelines and regulations.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- *Education:**
- Bachelor's degree or higher, including or supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in at least four of the following five areas:

- *Specialized Experience:**
- Minimum of one year of full-time, post-secondary (above school level) specialized experience, which includes:
