Summary
Seeking an IT Management professional for cybersecurity implementation, project oversight, and technical analysis with relevant certifications.
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Management Specialist to contribute to our critical IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, project oversight, and technical analysis within a dynamic environment. This role requires a professional capable of managing complex IT initiatives and ensuring robust security protocols.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement and enforce Cybersecurity and privacy principles.
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities through scans and continuous monitoring.
- Conduct scheduled audits, controls testing, and audit reviews.
- Lead and manage IT projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost monitoring, and contractor performance.
- Provide comprehensive oversight for multiple IT programs, integrating dependent schedules and deliverables.
- Define, analyze, and manage functional and infrastructure requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Research and evaluate external products to meet mission requirements and business needs.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders, assessing requirements and providing expert assistance.
- Analyze existing technology, develop/revise IT policies, and provide detailed technical and cost analyses.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Technology Management, or a related field. Alternatively, a degree with a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of these fields is acceptable.
- **Experience:** At least one year of specialized experience (equivalent to a GS-11 federal level) demonstrating proficiency in:

- DoD 8570 IAT II or III certification
