Experienced IT Specialist (GS-13) to lead IT infrastructure, software, and cloud projects while ensuring robust system security.
Join our team as an IT Specialist (GS-13) responsible for leading critical IT projects and ensuring robust system security.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead IT infrastructure, software, and cloud projects from inception to completion.
- Plan and coordinate activities to protect IT systems, services, and capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate system vulnerabilities, resolving risks related to firewalls and security policies.
- Analyze IT network performance and plan technology rollouts with minimal disruption.
- Apply cybersecurity principles, concepts, and practices relevant to Information System Security Management (ISSM).
- *Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, demonstrating proficiency in the responsibilities listed above.
- IT-related experience meeting Individual Occupational Requirements (IOR) for the 2210 series, including strong proficiency in:
- Note: Paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.*
