Information Technology Specialist (Entarch)

We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to serve as a senior expert and consultant, leading significant enterprise-wide technology initiatives. This role involves advising top management and IT experts on complex system designs, modernization strategies, and technology integration.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Independently lead the development of enterprise IT modernization plans, including methodologies, metrics, tools, and techniques for business process reengineering, contracting, and procurement.
• Analyze various IT system design approaches, advising management on optimal operating modes, system software, and equipment configurations.
• Serve as a senior expert and consultant to top agency management, integrating IT programs with overall mission requirements.
• Advise other IT experts across the agency on applying or adapting new IT theories, concepts, principles, standards, methods, or practices developed under your leadership.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Proven Information Technology (IT) experience demonstrating strong Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving skills.
• One year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 Federal Service (or equivalent private sector/volunteer experience).
• Demonstrated accomplishment of complex computer project assignments requiring a wide range of knowledge in IT requirements and techniques.
• Expertise in analyzing IT system interrelationships and recommending appropriate configurations.
• Experience leading and advising on major aspects of IT system design and modernization.
