Information Technology Specialist (Entarch)

This position seeks a highly experienced IT professional. Experience can be gained from public, private, or volunteer sectors.

• *Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:**
• **Foundational IT Competencies:** Demonstrated Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving.
• **Specialized Experience:** Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 federal level, including:

* Successfully managing complex computer project assignments requiring broad technical knowledge. * Providing expert advice to management on IT system design, alternative approaches, interrelationships, and optimal configurations. * Independently leading the development of enterprise IT modernization plans, including business process reengineering (BPR), contracting, and procurement methods. * Advising IT experts across agencies on applying or adapting advanced IT theories, concepts, and practices developed under your leadership. * Serving as a senior IT expert and consultant to top agency management, integrating IT programs to achieve mission goals.
