Information Technology Specialist (Customer Support)

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and maintain critical technology systems. This role requires a strong focus on system integrity, customer satisfaction, and effective problem resolution.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Oversee the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Manage the utilization, operation, and maintenance of automated communication systems and desktop technologies.
• Supervise data management activities including manipulation, movement, storage, transmission, and quality assurance.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex IT system, software, and/or hardware problems.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized IT experience, equivalent to the GS/GG-12 level, demonstrating proficiency in the following competencies:
