Summary

Manage and audit contractor property management systems, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and optimizing operational efficiency.

Join our team as a Property Management Specialist, responsible for overseeing and optimizing contractor property management systems. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating property programs to ensure compliance and efficiency across various federal grades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate property management programs and policies.
  • Monitor, track, and report on contractor property management system performance.
  • Provide recommendations and resolve issues related to contractor property systems.
  • Conduct audits, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements aligned with organizational goals.
  • Utilize a variety of automated and manual management techniques and procedures.
  • Interpret and apply government sales policies, contract provisions, and procurement regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Marketing, Statistics, Production Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
* Proven skill in developing, implementing, or evaluating property management programs. * Knowledge of property valuation, merchandising, marketing, and trade practices. * Familiarity with government sales policies, regulations, and procurement methods. * Specialized Experience (Equivalent to Federal GS Levels): * GS-09 Level: 1 year gathering information to resolve contractor property management system issues and using automated systems. * GS-11 Level: 1 year tracking, reporting, and making recommendations on contractor property management systems, utilizing automated and manual techniques. * GS-12 Level: 1 year auditing, resolving deficiencies, and recommending improvements for contractor property management systems, while utilizing organizational policies and both automated/manual techniques.
  • Core Competencies: Contracting/Procurement, Partnering, Teamwork, and Technical Competence.
Note: Equivalent federal or comparable experience required for specific grade levels.
