Summary
Serve as an Immigration Judge, adjudicating complex immigration cases and applying federal law, requiring extensive litigation or adjudication experience.
As an Immigration Judge, you will preside over immigration proceedings, interpret and apply immigration law, and render decisions in complex cases. This critical role requires a deep understanding of legal principles and a commitment to justice.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- **Education:** Possess an LL.B., J.D., or LL.M. degree from an accredited institution.
- **Licensure:** Be an active member of the bar, duly licensed and authorized to practice law in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
