Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment)

Join our team as a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement) at the GS-13 level. You will be instrumental in managing all phases of the recruitment process and providing expert guidance.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Interpret and apply federal recruitment and placement laws, regulations, and policies.
• Provide comprehensive HR advice to managers, employees, and applicants.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate examination to placement.
• Advise leadership on attracting and retaining a high-quality workforce.
• Develop innovative strategies to resolve complex recruitment challenges.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level.
• Experience must demonstrate expertise in federal recruitment and placement, including advising stakeholders and developing solutions.
• Both paid and unpaid (volunteer) experience are considered qualifying.
