Human Resources Specialist (Employee Relations/Labor Relations)

Seeking a Human Resources Specialist (Labor/Employee Relations) to provide expert guidance and support.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Develop and deliver training materials on employee and labor relations issues.
• Provide advisory services and policy guidance to management, legal staff, and employees on all employee relations programs.
• Offer advisory services and policy guidance on labor-management programs.
• Advise on the impact of negotiated labor agreements on daily operations.
• Assist in accomplishing required processes and procedures related to labor/employee relations.
• *Requirements:**
• One year of specialized experience at the NH-02, GS-11, or equivalent level in the Federal, military, or private sector.
• Experience must include preparing/presenting training on LR/ER, providing advisory services on ER/LR programs, and advising on labor agreements.
